When I purchased my meta quest 3 it came with a gift card to the meta store. When I try to redeem the card in my wallet in the meta quest store by entering in the code it gives me the error: something went wrong. please reset the device and then relogin.
click on the name to visit their profile page, next click the "send a message" button.
