meta hast fixed thier issue i ran into for almost four months

basically i haven't been able to use my headset for almost four months as it randomly logged me out and when i do the device code it doesn't recognize my email which i used to make the account and i can talk here using said account with said email and each month on the 19th adds another month that it hast been resolved since April, and its august now as of writing this please help i dont know what to do. is there like a way to file a complaint or something? btw im using an oculus quest 2 from when they costed 300 bucks(i think its 3 or 4 years that i have had it)

so i should have mentioned that it will four months on the 18th since i opened a ticket and they gave me the "no firm time frame" BS
