meta horizon worlds keeps crashing when loading menu

 Pretty much when I open up my horizon world. It gets me to the welcome island but it doesn't load the menuband one time it crashed while loading the menu. and it only loads like 10% of the time

We'd like to try and help you with this and get you back to enjoying Horizon Worlds. Could you please answer the following:

1. Are you able to play other games? Or is this problem just happening on Horizon Worlds?

2. When did this start? Can you think of any changes related to it?

3. Is the Home Environment working okay too?

1. This is only happening on Horizon worlds

2. It started when I first tried to play it when I got access to it and nothing in the settings might have something to do with it

Thanks for the update. We'd like to suggest a few steps that may help you get back to enjoying MHW.

1. Try logging out and logging back in to the phone app before playing
2. Try restarting your headset before playing
3. Try uninstalling MHW, restarting the headset, and then reinstalling MHW

We appreciate that this is a lot to ask, but hope it can help you play!
