i just got the meta quest 2 today, today is christmas of 2023 and when i used the meta quest it worked great until later this night. first it said thst it couldnt track the movement, so i unpaired and paired controllers, changed the lighting in the room and even put tape around the sensors of the vr and left it in the dark for a while. ive watched so many videos and none of them have worked, so i just factory reset it. and now its a black screen. its fully charged and turns on but its just a brown screen and my controllers buzz every 5 seconds. extremely annoying and i cant fix it. because it wont even turn on properly i cant connect it to the app either. i dont know what to do anymore, got my whole family trying to help but it just doesnt work.
