meta quest 3 quality control

is there a quality control for the meta quest 3? on october 9th i bought a meta quest 3 512gb on amazon as soon as it arrived i noticed a horrible feedback and noise from the right trigger of the controller, i returned it. i had to wait for my refund and today the replacement arrived… the right controller stick has an exaggerated drift at 4 o'clock (bottom right) so much so that it is also impossible to calibrate from the options menu. i tried removing the batteries and putting them back, resetting the visor but nothing… another return… how sad for a product worth €550 (before a good €700!)
