i bought bonelab with my vr, i have an email confirming my order, ( i selected the option to preinstall it ) but when it arrived, i loaded it and i had the free game (not preloaded ) but not bonelab, im seeking some help about this issue

games are never preinstalled on the headset...... you have to do it.

Look in the store for Bonelab, it should show you the "get" or "install" button.

If the store only gives you the "buy/purchase" button although you already bought the game, reach out to
