heya, broke my right quest 2 normal controller, decided to buy a new touch controller, and now when I try to pair it with the app it doesn't work??? i have batteries, a fully updated app, a quest updated, internet connected, no interruptions, just plain old staying at the screen.

Can you check the LED status of your controller? Is there a blinking light, a solid light or no light at all?

Thanks for the update! In that case, can you please try to un-pair and then re-pair the controllers? You can find a guide for doing this here.

actually this was never paired, it just came in today. i have seen that my left oculus quest 2 normal controller would repair after unpairing it though
