Recently tried purchasing a app from you...so here we go always problems with meta products! lol So i get on see a new app i am interested in so i make the purchase oh pop up! You haven't setup your quest 2 still want to purchase? In short form. I have mine setup been setup for years now. I boought the first version quest headset and the 2nd oh and had to buy a whole new headset for version 2 because the first one i bought began to drift and bad! So i did that then the screen in the new one was weird had some burn in it you could see it not of my fault so i started the customer service to get it replaced WOW what a horrible experience!! Even the store manager was surprised that you meta support tried saying it was a refurbished model after sending in my info on it and a reciept from best buy you said it was refurbished! and denied it getting replaced F u for that! It got replaced the manager did it anyways screw support. So back to the new issue bought it then i get message after pressing install wait an hr to goto the headset make sure headset is on for an hr and i decide hell with that refund! started looking into my error i find on here that others are having the same purchase errror and i usually ignore and install my game but this time meta Somehow pulls it off again to let us down! The absolute worst company on this planet! meta your ceo the kid Zucker! Piece of crap hardware piece of crap support! piece of crap making you merge fb to youraccounts and the absolute worst login of any thing i have ever had to login to!!!
