multiple headests casting in the same room are crushing

Good day,

im an IT specialist attempting to assist a customer who has a vr oriented business.

he currently has 18 oculust quest 2 headsets. the headsets are connecting via wifi to a tplink dsl router.

every player has a tv screen above him to which the headset is being casted using a chromecast.

the chromecasts are connected using wifi as well.

currently we are unable to maintain casting for over 10 headsets in the same time.

when the eleventh headsets starts casting all the other are stopping casting.

we attempted purchasing a second dsl line with a different router but unfortunately the problem continues even if we are connecting 9 headsets to the first router and the rest to the second.

we have tried connecting the chromecasts to lan but are still unable to cross the 11 devices threshold.

it fels like the communication from the headsets is interfering with each other. i cant understand how can it happen.

please assist.

The 2.4GHz wifi spectrum only allows for 11 channels in any given geographical area. I wonder if you are somehow hitting that limit. I can't think of a good reason why casting should require a dedicated channel but 11 is an odd limit to hit.
