my friend is trying to play some of his VR games (mostly games where you move with your hands) and whenever he plays his hands are just in the ground and he cant move. the tracking works fine in the menu but in games it just breaks. is there any fix other than deleting all the data?
Has he tried to re-pair the controllers with the app?
Has he cleared his boundary history?
I know just enough about tech to look like I know what I'm doing.
