Dear Instagram Support,
My instagram account have been hack and suspended since 23-01-2025 (and also my facebook account that link to this instagram account). it already been 3 and a half weeks since I send an appeal for my account, but still get no respond or reply back.
I able to login through forget my password, however, the new password can only login once and then it said my password invalid again.
with both facebook and instagram account got suspeded and await for appealing, I can't send any other report or file any case issue to instagram/facebook support. I try to file a case via instagram help center and facebook help but with this issue i cannot do anything. Even I try file case with iphone, it just popup error page.
Meta also suspended every other account that use the same phone number or any other account on device that suspended account had login. I need an instagram to do my business that i just start since most of costumer in my area using instagram as main social media platform. because of this suspended, It's effecting my business alot.
