my meta quest3s screen stay black but he turn on

hello just whant to play after 3 week on no vr caus no time and i turn on my quest3s and nothing how can i make this work please

Hello @Shadowdeltasans !

 

We can see that you are having issues with black screen on your Meta Quest 3S headset. We would like to look into this issue as we do not want you to miss out on the wonderful VR experience. We have a couple of questions for you to answer. 
Kindly get back to us with the following to look into this further:

 

  • What color is the LED on the headset?
  • Have you attempted to charge the headset for at least 2 hours?
  • Are you using any third-party accessories, such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.?
  • What troubleshooting measures have you tried?

In the meantime, please perform the below troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
  2. Perform Hard Reboot the headset
    • Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
    • If the boot-up sound is not heard:
      1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
      2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
      3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

hey no it doesn't work I'll try to charge it again but it's already at 100%
