I've had my quest 1 for a year with no problems and today it wont connect to wi fi and theres little black hair like lines on the top of screen after i turn it on??? Help is this fixable??
Just out of warranty, you say? It doesn't sound good.
Has the wifi password changed? Do other things connect ok? Have you tried powering off the Quest completely? Do you have kids or siblings that might have dropped your Quest without telling you?
