I'm having trouble logging into my Instagram account. I lost access to my third-party app. I created the account on my old phone, which is broken. I can't regain access to the third-party app from my new phone, nor can I access my Instagram account because of this.
Instagram support isn't helping me resolve the issue.
I've tried contacting them via email, but haven't received a response.
Please, I need 2FA disabled on my Instagram account, as I had recent business matters, and my Instagram account is very important to me.
