We need more information. Have you adjusted the IPD settings? Are you wearing glasses/contacts or need to be? Have you adjusted the headset, or found a sweet spot that looks clear?
Did your Rift show up with any kind of defects on the lenses?
We need to know very specific details about what is happening to help, and of course if basic troubleshooting doesn't help out you should open a support ticket with Oculus.
make sure you are looking at the center of the lenses when wearing the headset. if you are looking at the edges, you will notice some blurring.
