The story is: I had an oculus rift cv1, I did not use for like 2 years. in these 2 years, I miss the email that meta was deleting my Oculus account (I did not use that email very often). So I did not transfer to a Meta account from the Oculus account at that time. right now I start a new meta account and redeem the app I purchesed in oculus account. But the connection between the account and my oculus rift is lost. which means when I login to the Meta support to find help, it always says "We couldn’t find any devices associated with this Meta account", eventhough I type the serial number, it still says "We couldn’t find a device associated with the verification info provided. Please try again.". How to solve this issue?

@vinc3ntval3ntin3 you'll need to contact meta support. If you have any info regarding games you previously purchased for your old account this may come in handy to get them added to your new meta horizons account.

the problem is I can not find a way to contact meta support directly. in the meta support website, it alway end up with"We couldn’t find any devices associated with this Meta account". then return to beginning. I remenber in 2019 I do use Oculus support once, they did have an online conversation support in which I can talk to a support person directly. In meta, I believe they do not have this function anymore.

@vinc3ntval3ntin3 well, they're not going to find any devices associated with your new account and your old one was shut down. As previously mentioned, you may be able provide information as to what games you had on your old account and they might be able to add the games to your new account. You'll need to send a message to support by clicking on the link.
