I received the Quest 3 after it was returned from repair, and in any app, it produces noise at certain audio frequencies, especially noticeable with wind sounds on YouTube. However, using Bluetooth headphones is fine, and this only happens with the built-in speakers. My other Quest 3 doesn’t have this issue.（I've already tried factory resetting several times, but it had no effect.）
