When I try to log in to my original oculus account it tells me that I connected it to Facebook. When i try to log into my face book under the same email it says that there is no oculus account connected to my Facebook account. What do I do.
Thanks for getting in touch with Meta Quest Support, we see you are having issues logging into your original Oculus account.
First off are you attempting your log in on the newer Meta Horizon mobile app of the older Oculus app? If you are using the older app please download the Meta Horizon app more information can be found here on where to get it.
If you are using the Meta Horizon app try reinstalling it, a lot of the time this will fix the issue.
