browser has suddenly stopped working on oculus go, no updates so its not thgat, crashes whenever you try to open vr. very annoying tried to re pair to app but app wont go past the heath and safety acknowledge button on set up and factpry reset isnt working in the go either.. have lots of paid apps so dont want to go down the delte data option as dont want to risk losing all ive paid for.

Hey @Dunk1971! If you're having issues with your Go, I would highly suggest trying a reboot and then a factory reset if that's not helpful.
You can reboot by holding the power button for roughly 45 seconds, it'll power off fully and come back on.
For the factory reset, you can do the below steps:
Power off the headset.
Hold the Power and Volume Down button together until the menu loads.
Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Factory Reset and press the Power Button.
If that also doesn't work out for you, the next thing on my list would be to reach out to support too. I'm sure they'll be able to provide some more in-depth assistance.
I use an Oculus Go and the OS Version is 20008400174500000. According your post it seems not to be the latest one. But in the update section of my headset or the connected Meta App no further version is available. So no OS update can be done. But this OS version is not working well. A factory reset does not help. Is there another solution?
