Hey @Gorilla8765! We understand that you have been having some trouble with your Oculus Go and were in need of some help. Your headset hasn't powered on and you've been trying for about 2 months now and you also have a broken controller. We are more than happy to help but we do want to set the expectation moving forward. The Oculus Go was an important stepping stone in the lifecycle of not only Oculus but VR as a whole. It brought to life a new world for millions of people. I would like to thank you for being an early adopter of this new reality, and for taking this journey with us for so long. Unfortunately, all things must come to an end, and our focus has since shifted to ensure that we can keep focusing on pushing what is possible in VR. While support for the Oculus Go has ended and we may not be able to do any advanced troubleshooting, I did provide some steps below that may help you out.
Please let us know if any of these steps work. If not, we might have a couple more last resort troubleshooting steps you can attempt. Hope this helps!
