Hey there, @Shadow_Cloud! We understand that you're having an issue with slow Wi-Fi. We know that this issue is taking valuable VR time away from you and we'd love to assist you! We're going to have you use RouteThis Helps to see if it helps your issue. We're going to also put the instructions for using RouteThis Helps below for you.

Steps to follow:

You can use RouteThis Helps, an app for your iOS or Android phone or tablet, to help diagnose your Wi-Fi issues.

  1. Download RouteThis Helps app on your iOS or Android phone or tablet.
  2. Open RouteThis Helps app and tap Begin.
  3. Enter the code FBRL.
  4. Stand within 6 feet of your headset and tap Next, then tap Network Scan.
    • The scan takes about 2 minutes. Keep the app open while the scan is running.
  5. When the scan finishes, you'll see a screen displaying your Wi-Fi speed result. Tap Improve Device Performance and follow the instructions in the app.

Once you have done this, please let us know if you need additional help, or if this solved your issue. Thank you so much for your patience during this busy holiday season. We're looking forward to your reply!

Hello, I have the same problem, I did the test and got "The device performance is good", key "TMGTR39Q.", are there any other tests I can do?

Hello there, @Stripe76! Being able to experience VR with no latency is certainly the ideal experience and something we can look into further. Within the test results, we would want to go through the instructions provided in the Improve Device Performance section. From here, we would want to reboot the router and test playing again to see if there is an improvement, but also try other applications or games to check if it only happens within one. Next would be to test with another network, such as a mobile network. If the connection improves on the new network, we would recommend reaching out to your Internet provider for additional troubleshooting that can be done on the home network.

We appreciate your time, and have a great day!

Hello, I finally found the time to do some more testing, while the other day my PC, phone and tablet where fast and the Quest was slow, now it's my tablet's turn to be slow, so I guess the problem lies somewhere else. I've never being particularly happy with my router so it's probably time for a change, sorry for wasting your time.

Hey @Stripe76, we know how frustrating it can be to deal with a slow internet connection! Hopefully a new router speeds things up for you.

I got a question because my question 2 Is connected to a really good internet but whenever I try to update a game it downloads like 1/3 and then I stops any way to fix that
