i can't seem to find any help or communities with the same problem, so let me know how to fix this
Today i charged my headset to 100% battery (since yesterday i used it till 0% charge, i didn't even use it today). I know it was full, the light on the left side next to the charging hole was shining green, not red or orange and it showed 100% when i got on the headset and clicked the on button (i didn't hold it or anything). But when i turned it on, the meta quest logo popped up and the vr headset shut down. before i could exit, go into games, log into my account. it showed 0% battery. okay. I put it to charge. a FEW minutes later, the light was shining green. AGAIN. and no im not colorblind, the last time i checked, i don't have any illlnesses. I put the headset on and that time i turned it on and it showed the meta quest logo for like 1 sec and it turned off. And NO i can't turn it off and hold for 10 seconds, cause i can't even hop on any game or even be IN the vr world cause it SHUTS DOWN THE SECOND i try do anything. WHAT IS HAPPENING????
