so ive had my rift for acouple months and i had to reinstall windows and all my drivers and the oculus app. I plugged in my oculus and it says its good to go the sensors are good to go and controllers too. The controllers say they are connected but the sensors dont track them in set up and they have no on light like they normally do. They have the light when i connect them and it finalizes the sync but never comes back on has anybody had this problem before or it my Oculus doomed.
Hey there! If you haven't already, please remove the batteries from your Touch controllers for at least 2-3 minutes and check the terminals for any dust, damage or debris. Re-insert the Touch controllers and check to see if the problem persists. If it does, please click here to submit a ticket and include your Oculus Diagnostics Logs. Thanks!
