I had the same issue... thing was.. I used an old installer to change to another drive. I think that was the issue.. he installed, but didnt seperate to another software download folder like a new installer would. So finally I uninstalled Oculus software and downloaded a new installer and that worked out

Same issue started yesterday.  Reboots, reinstall, FW Off, AV off, nothing helps.  Set in ticket, no answer 😞 wanted to get in on the Brass Tactics stuff tomorrow. 😞

[Debug] [3/30/2018 7:51:39 PM] Exiting with code 6 (ErrorDeletingTempDirectory).

Nothing really works out, I've been trying everything, from reinstalling everything to checking the logs and such. Nothing changed, and it still exits with "Exiting with code 6 (ErrorDeletingTempDirectory)", or "Error clobbering zombie temp folder". I'm getting crazy and I don't know what to do. DON'T TELL ME TO SEND A TICKET, because the only thing that they'll tell me (after waiting entire days) is "try to uninstall, disable your antivirus and try again" sort of stuff.

Edit: Nevermind, actually i talked with live chat and made me find out my problem... I'm on windows 11, and i couldn't do anything at all, but then I found out that my W11 was not updated and I missed some .NET frameworks (tsk, stupid me). The very moment i rebooted my PC after installing the update, everything worked just fine.
