the headset tells me I need to login while I am logged in. Meta/oculus doesn't recognize the serial number I enter from the headset to get help. When I try to buy a game it tells me I havent set up oculus or need to update it.
@steve14.2024 have you got an old Oculus account or is it a new meta horizons account? meta emailed users last year to migrate their Oculus accounts to a meta account. Any old accounts that weren't migrated by the user were deleted.

@steve14.2024 delete the PC app and reinstall it. The reinstall should be the latest version and not need updating. He should be able to access and buy PCVR content from the PC app and the meta website.
