headset then after taking it off charge I joined call and couldn't hear my friend yet he could hear me (he told me through a third party app) I also couldn't hear him in game chat I've done everything like : power it off and on again, restart it, plug it on and off of charge, plugged in a headset and I still couldn't hear my friend then unplugged the headset. all I'm left with is having to factory reset it and I don't want to do that PLEASE .HELP!
If you are joined onto a call none will be able to hear you apart from the people in that call.
In terms of not hearing your friend, perhaps he was in a call with someone else?
It can get a bit confusing. Sometimes things can go weird, in which case, just hold down the power button with the volume down button until the boot menu appears. Click reboot.
I don't think a factory reset would do anything for you
