Same error for the past year. It randomly fails or succeeds. I suspect the network timeout on uploads is not set very high on the meta server side, and that it assumes you have an internet connection that can upload 2 GB files in milliseconds 😞
Meta please increase whatever timeout is blocking devs here. This is pretty ridiculous
