comme je ne sais pas ou signaler cela ,
j'en parle ici ,
j'ai commandé recemment 2 manettes oculus quest 2 (gauche et droite ) sur le site meta
et , le service de livraison UPS, a livré mon colis a une adresse en allemagne , celui ci a été receptionné (par un malhonnête donc) , mais ,le souci c'est que mon adresse a moi , elle est en belgique , en clair il on fait tres fort etant donné qu'il se sont carrement trompé de pays
j'ai déposé 2 plaintes aupres de UPS (une telephonique et une sur leurs site officiel , depuis silence radio , dès lors que puis je faire pour récupérer mon colis et me le faire livrer a mon adresse reele en belgique ?
d'avance merci a ceux/celles qui voudrons bien m'aider
cela reste une somme et je me vois mal laisser mon colis a UPS , qui sont pour moi soit malhonnête, soit totalement incompétent .
Good morning, as I don't know where to report this, I talk about it here, I recently ordered 2 Oculus Quest 2 controllers (left and right) on the meta website and, the UPS delivery service, delivered my package to an address in Germany, it was received (by a dishonest person therefore), but, the problem is that my address is in Belgium, clearly We are doing very well given that they are in the wrong country. I have filed 2 complaints with UPS (one by telephone and one on their official website, since radio silence, so what can I do to collect my package and have it delivered to my real address in Belgium? Thanks in advance to those who would like to help me This remains a sum and I can't see myself leaving my package with UPS, who for me are either dishonest or totally incompetent
