My headset (quest 2) is just not cooperating in any way shape or form. When i booted it up after factory resetting it because the Pin wasn't working and wanted it fresh, (I think that is irrelevant), it will not pair, or not all the way.

When i turn it on, it show the pairing screen. (Two hands showing the tape being pulled from the controllers to activate the battery's) and the pairing code at the top. When i paired it to my current device that i used before hand with the same account and headset, that same screen will not go away. (on the headset) On the app it will say the headset has been connected, and to finish setup on the headset. But the pairing screen doesn't change in any way.

I have tried absolutely everything (Factory resetting many times, creating new account to try and pair, etc.)

pls help
