can anyone in support fix the payment method issues. I have yet to see a response where it was fixed or how to fix it. I have opened a trouble ticket, I have read the forums, I have received emails from support but no resolution.

I’m wondering the same question. Talking to Oculus support chat will eventually lead to them saying they will have to send the issue to their dedicated team which will send out an email. I’m bit frustrated with this whole process and surprised this is an unfixed ongoing issue for some users. We’re trying to give the company money after all.. keep us updated if you find a solution!

It literally got fixed today! I received a email from a different person handling my case today( I think it was the 4th agent). He asked for last 4 digit of credit card used, paypal email address I was attempting to use, and last purchase made. After giving them those 3 answers I received a email while I was at work saying my account looks okay please try to login again.
this time when I logged in on my laptop to Oculus website I signed out and signed back in from same laptop I have been using. BUT this time it said a verification code was sent to my email address on file. I retrieved that verification code and finally able to add paypal account back in and purchased a game. I have not received a response on what was done on Oculus’s end but it has to do with something with account protocols because I have been logging in thru IPhone, oculus headset browser, iPhone, laptop (mine) and laptop (wife) and was never prompted for a verification code ever when logged

Nice, I was emailed with the same question about the last 4-digits of the card used and billing address. Hopefully they are able to fix mine like they fixed yours. I’ll let you know and thanks for the update.

i had same problem in buying the headset
i tried creat new account it still cant proceed order ,all of them block in the last minute
i had try visa master amex discovery,also change address,ip,browser,email,name,phone number all stuck in the mysteris way
sent multiple ticket
the only reply is abnormal use report from financial institution
they cant re enale it
what a shame wasting my time
so tired
