Pro controllers lose tracking. But for me, when I go to the home menu while playing, which only happens in about 40% of cases, tracking only comes back after restarting the controller. The solution for me and my friend: deactivate hand and body tracking. The problem hasn't occurred since then. Please fix the software bug.
