problem to change country in shipping information

hello, we have problems with the right controller of the meta quest 2 and would like to use te guarantee and get a new one.

within the process we are not able to change the country of the adress where to send the controller.

this is fixed on france and can‘t be changed to germany. Please get in contact with me or send a info how to handle this problem.

Normally the country is fixed to the country from where the headset was shipped...... and replacements only can be sent to an address in that country.

Have you bought it from Amazon France?

thanks for replying. we bought it from amazon germany. I just had a look on the orderconfirmation which was sent by amazon germany.
