Get all the way to the part where you have to verify your an adult/parent with a credit card payment. Go to process the payment and it says something has gone wrong.
- I've called the bank, who have said they have received no requests for money.
- Tried different credit cards and debit card with no luck.
- Tried different devices and PC no luck. So after all this i setup an account for my son using his emailed address but with an adult DOB. Then changed the DOB to his actual one. Unfortunately i just end up in the same situation where it askes to process a CC payment and says something went wrong.
Can someone give any idea on how I can get this payment to go through please.
