today i have try to mirroring my quest 3 on iphone 14 pro, but don't work....quest and iphone are in the same 5ghz wifi line, but i listen a good audio ad i see only photogram images every 3-5 seconds.... i haven't fluid video streaming... how can i resolve??

First things first, please double check that you have followed the correct steps for casting from the Casting to a Screen With Meta Quest article. Next, do you have a network that utilizes a Mesh network, or any kind of Wi-Fi extender? To help your streaming quality, please test as close to your router as you can and let us know how the quality changes.
Lastly, do you have any other nearby devices that could be interfering with the connection? If anyone else is streaming videos on the same network, they could be taking some of the needed bandwidth for streaming to your phone from your Quest 3 headset.

I follow the article but there aren’t any anomaly. When i had quest 2, the mirroring working good. The problem is only with quest 3. Pcvr work perfect at 200mps and hight details in my lan wifi 5. I have the router in the same room when i play. I wait v59 firmware for try again.
Hey @Sephiroth986, thank you for following up! Are you able to cast from the PC while playing standalone mode? You can try that by visiting: oculus.com/casting and following the instructions. Let us know how casting to your PC browser works over your mobile device!
