quest 2 secondary account super laggy but 1st account isnt and is very fast

I'm having this problem with a quest 3 as well.

Same here. Can't even do a factory reset because it won't connect to my pc to transfer videos from it so they don't get wiped.

I connected support and they suggested removing the second account and readding it - this fixed my issue:

• Press Meta button for VR headset controllers/oculus icon on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
• Hover over the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu. When Quick settings appears, select it to open the Quick settings panel.
• Select Settings in the top right, then select Profiles.
• Select three white dots next to the profile that you wish to remove, then select Remove.
• Select Remove again to confirm.

I ended up just factory resetting my Quest 2 which worked. But beware this will wipe ALL of your unsaved data on your headset, so look up how to backup that before resetting if possible. (I had to take the loss of a few recordings)
