I just got a quest 2 and i cant play games because its out of date its stuck in version 29 and it doesn't display any updates, can anyone help I've been up all night trying to fix it. Thank you.
Hey there, @zjeffz1. We can definitely understand your concerns with your Quest 2 being stuck on v29, and we'd be glad to help however we can! Try out a factory reset on your device and see if that helps, the steps for this are listed below:
From the Headset:
Power off the headset.
Press and hold volume down & Power.
This will boot into the USB Update Mode menu.
Press volume button to move selection, press power button to make the selection.
Navigate to Factory Reset and press the Power button.
The device should now begin the Factory Reset process.

I don’t think this would work as I have now found out that my quest is a OFB and I would need someone from meta to help, unfortunately for me I was not able to sort it out and I had to return my headset.
