My quest 2 stuck USB update mode
I can't even click on any of the options, the bar just keeps cycling through the options and pressing the power button won't click on any of the available options. None of the buttons are stuck, I take pretty good care of my tech Sadly, when I got in contact with meta for help, they couldn't do anything for me and basically told me to blow my money and replace it. This just sucks because it was a gift from someone really important to me.

Currently I’m experiencing the same issue I tried to get resolved 7 months ago, support over the phone said they would ship me a new quest in the mail, I’m still waiting and I’ve also got usb update mode boot loop, thought by now there would be some way to update the software via usb to pc by now. well I guess not.

Hello I have been trying to fixed my oculus but no matter what I've done it just doesn't work and it stuck on the loop the time that it fixed itself was when I left it in a dark Room for 4 days without letting it charge and put rubbing alcohol on a q-tip on to the buttons i only got to play at once that night and then it did it again and I've been to 5 different stores and I can't get another Quest two. can you help me?

Ive also had this issue for close to a year nobody has tried helping me with this and i was hoping i could get a new one because i spent a lot of money on this and if i have to buy a whole new one i think thats not fair i was really hoping someone could give me a new one i tried everything and nothing worked.
