quest 2 wont pair no matter what

my headset will not connect to the app no matter what i do. i tried every stated solution, contacted support, did everything i could with bluetooth, factory reset my headset (and i had to reconnect it using quest dev hub) i have an android 13, ive tried it on 2 different phones, 3 different networks, and still, nothing. im trying to connect it because i bought 400 dollar controllers and i cant connect them because i cant connect the headset. i dont have dual band blah blah same network and i dont know what to do

Have you tried manually sideloading an update?

Who put time on 3x speed?!?

it was really confusing, all the tutorials told me to go to a website called cocaine.trade so i didnt continue
