quest 3 and chromatic aberration

I have large and very noticeable chromatic aberration in my Quest 3. It is great visible with the white text on the black background. On every edge of the lens. In the center is everything correct, but at the edges text is doubled with the green one. Very distracting. In my Quest Pro had no such a problems. Is it typical for the Quest 3?

Yes, from day one.

I tried use every regulation that Quest 3 offers  - no luck. 

  • Does it it happen all the time, or in only certain apps/games?

Yes, all the time. In stand alone mode and PCVR.

@bOOba_SciFi  Maybe more of a ‘thing’ for those that google-eye all over the screens.  Not something I notice, but like everything VR, if you look hard enough for a problem, you’ll find one imho.  I’m sure if you look harder you’ll find more things to complain about, lol!

If you honestly think it’s a problem due to faulty Q3 lens or screens contact meta support and/or wherever you purchased it from and request a refund or replacement.
