hello, i bought my quest 3 five days ago from best buy. when booting it up this morning the three white dots showed up then froze with the white dots still on my screen.
the white indicator lights are still on on the exterior of the headset.
if someone could please help. i don't really know what to do and i really don't want to have to take it back.

Can you verify that your device is connected to WiFi and has been fully charged? We understand that encountering a frozen screen is not a pleasant experience.
