I received 3 new quest 3 from my supplier. I want to setup them as I on-boarded several Quest 3 in the past.
We do not use Meta for business, but another MDM.
When I want to register this new device on my meta smartphone apps, the Quest 3 want to connect to an organization ( work or school) . the device provide me a 8 digits code with hexa characters, when I'm expecting a 5 numerical digit code.
I do a factory reset several time / I change the wifi access point .
any idea ?

Hi, the answer provide deos not fix my issue.
My headset try to connect to an organization '(flag as "Meta for business" ? ) when I want to register as a customer version
