Hey, hey, @Yeayojeter! Thanks for sharing your experience with the logo screen on your headset. We certainly don't want you to miss out on the exciting adventures, and we're more than ready to lend a hand!
Let's start by removing any unsupported third-party accessories that might affect the boot cycle. (such as external battery packs or any accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.) Once done, please make sure the headset is fully charged (via wall outlet for 2+ hours) and let us know what the LED color on the side of the headset is.
We'll gladly take a look at any screenshots or review any notifications you're seeing. We look forward to hearing from you!
