Hi, my router is not configurable for non-mesh network, but I finally made it work. I turned off the kapersky antivirus, and then I logined the same meta account in both meta quest 3s and my desktop app. Although there is a red cross in row of the ethernet checking in my quest 3s, it still successfully connected. Anyway, thanks for your prompt support!

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out.
Please make sure to enable Quest Link from within your Meta 3S device itself. Then ensure the PC and 3S are on the same network 5htz network is recommended.
Quest Link setting can be accessed from within the headset if you go to > System > Quest Link > Enable.
You should then be able to discover your device! If this does not solve your issue please shoot us a PM to allow us to look into this further for you.

Thanks, I have tried on my headset, it can find my computer through air link, but on clicking pairing, the button just go grey and loading forever. And nothing is prompted in my pc.

Hello,
Please Make sure that your network configuration is non-mesh and that both devices are connected to that same network. Try re-pairing Air Link by toggling it off and back on again, and restarting both the headset and the PC, let us know if this gets it working for you.

yes, they are in the same network, but it's a mesh network. Can't the airlink work on mesh?

Hello,
Mesh networks can cause issues with the Airlink, if you are hesitant about turning off your mesh configuration you can try moving your setup in the same room as the main mesh node but this may not rectify the issue so testing the Airlink with the Mesh node off would be the most reliable method of testing if that is the root cause of your issue.
