quest link issues

when i load into my quest link it doesn't load and a black screen appears and wont let me exit i have a quest 3. It loads for a second then goes back to a black screen maybe its my internet or a issue with my Oculus, if u know anything that could help me do quest link

I see that you're having issues with your Quest Link connection, I'd like to ask you the following to see if they might help:

• Update the headset and the quest link app to the latest software update
• If there are any windows updates, to download them
• Try repairing/reinstalling the quest link app 
• Update your PC's Graphics Drivers to the latest version. AMD | NVIDIA
