So i have used quest link on my very new quest 3 that i got yesterday and it worked, i did have some issues where if i would be in my bedroom with my pc and also the router it would be laggy and not work at all but if i would be in the living room it would work, though that isn't the problem, the issue is that it did work and all of a sudden this morning when i tried getting on, my pc isn't there, i tried it with the cable and i tired airlink and nothing, i did get steam on my quest 3 and it logged in and it did detect my pc on the same network, yet airlink wont after it worked yesterday? can somebody help?
Hi there, @skippyscool, Thanks for letting us know about the Air Link issue you are experiencing. Air Link issues can sometimes be resolved by completely disabling the functionality on the Quest. To ensure the process is completed properly, use these steps:
In Quest, headset:
Navigate to the Settings menu.
Ensure "Air Link" is disabled or turned off.
Restart both the quest and the PC, and re-pair the quest to the PC following the set-up steps provided here. Once you have done this, please let us know how it goes. If we need to proceed further, we will gladly do so. We appreciate your time and understanding. Speak soon!
