I bought a quest pro and I have the following symptoms.
The brown or yellow haze in the upper right corner of this right lens is very annoying, especially when playing a game in a dark environment.
But Meta refused to replace it, saying it is a normal
I've tried a lot of what they call a solutions: factory reset, improving how to wear a headset, using/not using a light shield, etc., but there's no improvement.
I don't really understand why Meta doesn't accept my product replacement request
Do your products have the same symptoms?

I’m surprised they won’t send you a replacement. They’ve been sending out replacements for this very issue since launch, but I have yet to find a report of a replacement not having the same problem. A search of Reddit will reveal threads containing reports of people sending their headsets back, but getting replacements that have the exact same problem. And Meta hasn’t publicly acknowledged the problem.
