After I update to v69, I found my questpro controller can't restore tracking if it lost tracking for some reason. In the past, the controller would recovery tracking automatically within a few tens of seconds; but after updating to v69, it will no longer restore tracking and always in 3dof mode and controller icon always with "?" sign.
I tried long press menu&trademark button to restart the controller but it still in 3dof mode and can't restore tracking.
Only if I restart headset, the controller will restore tracking. And Within a short period of time after headset booting up, the controller can recovery tracking automatically if lose tracking.
As lost tracking often occurs on questpro controller, v69 gives me an extremely poor user experience. I have to restart the headset frequently to make controller restore tracking, and it could reoccur in a short period of time.
It's obvious this is a firmware issue. Countless people, including myself, have called for allowing customers to freely roll back low-level firmware, but Meta never answers this question. Meta is becoming increasingly disappointing on questpro. I no longer have any expectation for Meta, I just hope to release the next firmware update as soon as possible to fix this issue.
