My headset was working fine albeit very slow recently so I decided to do a factory reset. Boy I wish I'd checked the forums before doing so... I'm now stuck at the device setup complete screen. Pressing the Oculus home button does not finish the setup for me. After shutting down or restarting it behaves the same.
I've tried the suggestions mentioned elsewhere on the forum e.g. pressing the Oculus button firmly but still for a short period of time but that hasn't helped. I've now performed 4 or 5 factory resets but still no luck. I also tried removing the controller batteries for longer than 1 hour and finally tried re-pairing the controllers with the headset right after a factory reset. None of this has worked.
Is my headset dead? This would be a real shame considering it was working just fine before the factory reset.
Quest 2. Right after the initial setup when you go through the safety stuff it then asks you to hold the Oculus button to recenter. After doing that it says "Device Setup Complete" and to press the Oculus button on the right controller to continue but nothing happens. I can long press it still to recenter and can tap it 5 times to submit report. But it will not let me continue to the home screen (I assume if it worked I'd be taken to the home screen)...
