I need to have both of my controllers replaced due to tracking issues. The website says they recommend replacing them with the warranty, but every time I try to fill out the form to print the shipping label I get "Error performing query" and can't get any further. I've tried several times. How do I get passed this? I can't find a way to connect with someone via chat or directly in any way.
