Hey, friend!

I'm not quite sure if you needed help or anything, but the list of compatible GPUs can be found here. I hope this helps!

I recently purchased the Gigabyte RTX 4070,and getting a message with oculus that my card is incompatible. But it works fine.

Weird and you get no issues with it?

We are all mad here.

I have Oculus Rift with RTX 4070 and some games work perfectly fine and some close automatically during the game without any explanation. Games who crash: Dead an buried - Robo Recall however Aircar, Ultrawings, Google earth VR are working fine ...

Robo Recall crashes because of a bug that has a workaround, see the solution here: https://communityforums.atmeta.com/t5/Get-Help/Robo-Recall-crashing/td-p/936211

I tried it and it works. It is also reversible if you are worried about any performance impact.

Ideally the developers could fix the bug by updating the unreal engine version used but it is unlikely to happen at this point in time.

@tpechoux Hmmm- That's odd that it's only certain experiences that seem to be crashing for you! We definitely want you to be able to have a good experience doing some rootin', tootin' cowboy shootin' through our app! For Dead on Buried, have you already tried a fresh installation of the game to see if it crashes at all? Also, have you made any tweaks to your Oculus Tray Tool or Oculus Debug Tool to change your performance settings or anything of the like?

I just installed AMD RX7800xt 16mb graphic card and was shocked that it was not compatible with my Oculus 2. All the older cards are compatilble and the newer Nvidia cards are as well. Will Meta be putting out an update to make the newer AMD cards compatilble soon?

@Dubuquerp4 That's a great question, and one we've seen quite a few users discussing throughout the forums! While we can't confirm support rolling out for 7000 series AMD cards on the Oculus software at the moment, we've seen cases where these cards will still end up working with our software—though, your mileage may vary. We recommend staying updated on our blog for any announcements that we drop regarding Meta Quest and its software!

Hey @tpechoux! Just following up with you to see if you still needed help with some of your Rift games crashing! We're still happy to help if it's still causing issues for you. Just refer to our questions in our original reply, so we can get some more info on it!
